Jaden Smith thinks he is “buff enough” to be Taylor Lautner’s stunt double.
The 11-year-old son of Will Smith stars in the upcoming remake of The Karate Kid. Jaden went through weeks of gruelling martial arts training to prepare for the role and says the work-outs have left him more muscular than ever before.
He is so impressed with his new physique he has kept up his training to ensure his muscles stay taut and toned, and has joked the work-outs have left him bulky enough to pass for muscle-bound Twilight werewolf Taylor.
“I want to stay buff, you know,” Jaden told Irish film site movies.ie. “I'm trying to get my Taylor Lautner thing going on. Just in case they need a stunt double or something.
“I'm like, ‘Buff guy, here! Ready for any action, ready to turn into a werewolf at any time!'” Jaden stars opposite Jackie Chan in The Karate Kid. He loved working with the veteran Chinese actor, and was constantly amazed by how “amazing” the older star is.
“Oh man, he is amazing,” Jaden gushed. “Man, he was just very straight forward and he would get things done when he needed to get things done, you know?
“He was like the most amazing person ever, and like he was always teaching me things, he was teaching me things about how to stretch correctly, and how to like be in a scene correctly, and he would always tell me ‘OK, yeah, you need to focus...' He was great.”

1 - 1 Behind the Scenes with Boo Boo Stewart & Debby Ryan
This morning (July 22) Fanlala got to hang out at the Luxottica Group showroom in Los Angeles with Debby Ryan and BooBoo Stewart for their Fanlala 1 to 1! The room lit up when the best friends greeted each other and laughter immediately ensued. We could tell they were close and we learned just how good of friends they really are when they were answering each other’s questions about favorite music and restaurants!
Along with answering questions submitted by YOU, the fans, they told the story of how they met! “It was on ‘Suite Life,’ right?” Debby said. “I walked out and you were playing with a puppy!” They may know a lot about each other and can make the other crack up, but they’re total opposites. When asked if BooBoo would choose truth or dare, he admitted that he would choose truth, opposed to Debby who would go for it! “That’s how we are,” she said. “I’m like, SKY DIVING! And he’s like... truth.”

Kiowa Gordon says the "Twilight" phenomenon has been "very good" to him.
In fact, according to the 20-year-old actor, "I owe my entire career, at least to this point, to 'Twilight,' and I'm very grateful for that."
In the movies, which are based on author Stephenie Meyer's best-selling fantasy romance novels, Gordon plays Embry Call, one of the friends, or "wingmen," of Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner).
Gordon, a newcomer at the time, got the much-coveted part due in part to a lucky break. He is a member of Meyer's LDS Church ward in Arizona, and "when she told me they were casting for the movie, I jumped at the opportunity."
And he said he has enjoyed the chance to play a "strong" Native American character in the film. Gordon is a member of Arizona's Hualapai tribe, which is probably best known for maintaining and operating the Grand Canyon's "Skywalk."
"I love being able to honor my roots and my heritage, especially in movies that are so hugely popular," he said by telephone from Los Angeles.
Gordon said his mother and manager, Camille Nighthorse, has been responsible for his cultural upbringing.
